Glades GladesThey don't really have those to speak of.
Moguls MogulsIn past years, both Brulé and Pitch Pine, their two steep Double Diamonds in the back, have had extensive moguls, especially Pitch, which last season was hardly groomed. They are taking a different approach at present. Both of them were perfectly groomed corduroy, with only narrow bands of ungroomed bumps on the right, looking downhill. I welcome the change.
Terrain Park Terrain Park(s)Didn't go by it, but I'm sure it was open.

Food and Beverage Food and BeverageI had a large and tasty Tune Melt with Tomato. It must have been expensive, however, as that, a Grilled Cheese and two bottles of soda came to $23.50. In hindsight, I should have asked for an itemization, as the cashier might have made a mistake. We rarely eat there but in the past prices were reasonable.
Comments CommentsFriday at KP was my idea of Ski Heaven. Every inch of every Blue, Black and Double Diamond trail was perfectly groomed corduroy, and despite the Spring sunshine, it was sold enough that there was no deterioration in the surfaces. It helped that only a relative few of us were there to enjoy it all.
