Snow Trail Conditions1% open; Spring Snow, Variable Conditions
Glades GladesThere was a little bit of snow in the trees alongside Superstar.
Moguls MogulsAt the very top, 100% of the trail was moguls, the rest had moguls on about 50% of the width. Rather crispy in the morning, but softened up a great deal later, as it got up to 80 degrees out.
Terrain Park Terrain Park(s)None
Run of the Day Run of the DaySuperstar, of course.
Food and Beverage Food and BeverageKitchen was closed. (Nobody skiing this time of year would pay resort prices) The outdoor bar was open though. Left about 2pm, lots of people out in the parking lot grilling, chilling, and blasting music.
Comments CommentsAs said above, moguls almost everywhere, and bumps everywhere else. The snow was the very definition of spring snow, with little bits of ice here and there that disappeared rapidly. The middle part of ovation still had decent coverage, so some people were hiking across to there, skiing down, then hiking back to Superstar. There also looked to be some coverage on Skyelark, but I did not venture over there.
