Food and Beverage | Pub was still open after the lifts closed (8 PM). Chicken tenders, fries, hot chocolate, and a beer were about $21. |

Comments | Snow had taken on more of a spring granular during the day, so things firmed up a bit when the temperatures dropped tonight. Nonetheless, much of the granular was still forgiving. Pretty much everything was open except Ricochet (haven't made snow on it) and the race trail under the Ramrod (closed for racing). A few trails are not open to full width (such as Pistol). Tiger Steeps were perhaps a little hairy, but than one icy pitch, skiable. The 8:00 midweek closing time (new last season) makes this a difficult area to go after work. The Thursday night $20 deal at least makes the price reasonable, but it is still hard to justify the drive for at best a couple of hours. Good to be out again finally after being dragged down by the flu over the past week. |
