Comments CommentsTook advantage of the $17 St. Patrick's night pass deal. A few non-lit trails on the main mountain were left open until dark (circa 7 PM). Everything on the main mountain was open (not sure about Sunnyside, as that was closed after the day session). Generally good packed powder conditions. Looks like decent base depths on the night skiing trails (other than Haggett's), so April could be a possibility. Run of the day was finding a freshly groomed track down The Main.
No lift lines to speak of, but there were enough skiers to not make the place feel like a ghost town.
Decent temperatures, little wind, and fantastic views (snow covered lake, Presidentials, sunset, etc.). The Jack Spratt-East Slope run is a lot of fun.
