Food and Beverage | Decided to splurge and eat at the Rosebrook Lodge. Pricey food, but decent quality/portions. Service still needs to get dialed in a bit, and the bathrooms need to be watched a bit more closely (no soap, TP on the floor). |

Comments | Did the locals discount ($38 for 12-close). Conditions weren't great, but weren't terrible. Outer Bounds was open from the top of the gondola, linking to either Crawford's Blaze (to Ben) or Range View. Crawford's Blaze was bulletproof underneath, but they put down an inch or so of manmade powder on top to make it skiable. Range View was more granular and the boilerplate underneath was a bit more grippy. Snow on Rosebrook Meadow off the beginner quad was similar to Crawford's Blaze. Snowmaking in progress on Swoop to Bigger Ben to Ben, as well as the bottom connectors (Short Cut, Go West). Zephyr Quad was generally ski-on. Gondola usually had a few cabin wait, mainly because most people wanted their own cabins. Cloudy afternoon with light snow starting around 3PM. |
