Comments CommentsWe managed to get first chair twice (8 pack and North Peak), and first tracks twice! A lot more terrain open since thanksgiving day. Busted water main on Rampasture was fixed quickly, and clearly snowmaking resumed. Upper Flume was really nice, more firm up top and a nice soft groom on the bottom where it meets Haulback. Walking Boss was great top to bottom, a bit scratchy in the middle but the sides (skiers right especially) were a lot of fun.

Bearclaw extension was very firm and icy in spots. Junction by South Peak chair was practically boiler plate. Trails running off from there were fine. Blue Ox was full of fun little whales they way it was groomed out, we had a blast on that one. All of the Kanc trails were in great shape, with good base.

Not overly busy at all, I think a lot of people are waiting for the storm to green light them.
