Comments | A couple inches of new snow made for some excellent conditions at Abram today. They had been able to make some snow since the warm-up, and this, combined with the new natural snow, made for very nice packed powder conditions all day long. Even with the limited terrain open, nothing really got scraped off. From the Way Back Machine, Sweeper was open at the very top, and Boris, Dudley, & Taylor's Treat were the main options. Mahoosuc Meadow was also open on the West Side off of the Skyline Chair, but if you took Taylor's Treat over there, you had to traverse across McClain Lane to get back to the main mountain. The mountain was pretty busy most of the day, but there was never a wait of more than a chair or two to get on either lift. It looks like Egomaineah and Easy Rider will open soon with snowmaking. The weekend $35 lift tickets are a hard deal to beat! |
