Comments | Same trails, surprise surprise! Had some company today meeting up with a friend, always a welcome pleasure! Showboat was listed as open today for the snow report...fake news. Looks like it was probably open for the weekend crowds, and they were still running the guns at open. Below the second pitch there was a spot where the kitty ran down onto the natural, and left some rough piles skiers right...my guess is to fill in what little dip there was. Connector for Showoff was still its narrow self, but less thin in cover. I really wish they would widen the entry to that a bit since it’s got enough uphill to slow you down pretty good. We hit Flying Yankee quite a few times, snow conditions were excellent! Crewcut, Newfound and Wild Side/Ride were notably great. Perfect weather, sunshine and blue skies. Few clouds moved in by lunchtime. |
