Comments CommentsNice afternoon at Quechee on the way back from Sussudio 6. Base lodge and parking lots were busy, but the wait for the quad was generally only a few chairs (and the T-Bar looked to be ski-on).

Pretty much everything except upper Quechee Express, Water Line, and Maple Trail was groomed on a man-made base and skiing well. Guns had operated a bit at the top of Quechee Express and Water Line, so it's possible that those could have better base before long. Nevertheless, they were open on natural with some thin spots.

Maple Trail was also amazingly open, albeit with just a couple of inches of powder on grass. First time I think I've skied this one; a little rough, but doable and didn't encounter any rocks.

Overcast afternoon with temperatures around freezing. Fun intermediate terrain and nice family atmosphere.
