Comments CommentsPowder day at the Snow Bowl. Used the Indy Pass discount.

Everything was open except Allen (race; could access a lower portion through the rough RTA chute). Novice trails and Ross groomed.

Sheehan opened late. Other than when racers were queuing for their next run, all three chairlifts were never more than a few chair wait.

Some steeps (Lift Line, Youngman, RTA) had thin spots, otherwise the natural trails had full coverage. LaForce and natural chutes off Proctor had nice powder bumps.

Side country saw very little use. Took the trail that empties onto Hadley, but opted to skip the other two due to the wet/dense untouched powder.

Cloudy day with light snowfall. Though the parking lot filled early and the lodge was slammed, the trails and lifts weren't busy. Big ski area, reasonable prices.
