Run of the Day Run of the DayGema and Ciao, super packed pow with an inch of fresh pow on top in the morning
Food and Beverage Food and Beverage4 hot chocolates $16 bucks in the cafeteria, best deal I have found this winter
Comments Comments Kris and I had our rfid cards in hand a few minutes past 9. Yes they reloaded my card from last season but they did give Kris a new one at no charge. Cubbies for free storage are outside past the cafeteria, no storage of bags inside. Lots of people trying to get first chair today but crowd spread out quickly and then we practically skied on for the first hour before there was a 3 or 4 minute wait but then after 11:30 it felt like everyone had left. Snow was very good in the morning and by 1 pm it really wasn't skied off much. Harvard and maybe Williams college skiers training on Upper Sel to tommy's most of the morning. Was busier than I thought it might be but someone how we felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. We did four runs in a row on Ciao and Gema because no body but us seemed to be skiing it? Go figure, it took people a few hours to find it. It was super duper. I loved the roller bumps and bank corners on on the uphill side of Valley Run chair, thank you for making it fun for us and avoid the novices. Views were awesome, super clear day and it felt and looked like winter. So glad we made the trip to go. Looks like a few runs on Green Peak will be open soon. We skied until 1 pm and ate our brown bag lunch in the car on the way home.
