Comments CommentsProbably the best conditions I've had at Tenney, but also the largest crowd I've seen.

Hornet Double generally had a 5-10 minute line (amazingly, it was getting longer at lunchtime). Downhill capacity is greater than uphill, so the trails weren't too bad. Hornet Double seemed to be surging when starting after a stop (one felt like it was starting to accelerate to an HSQ speed before slowing down).

Eclipse Triple was ski-on.

Main trails had good coverage and were generally groomed about half-wide. Some secondary trails were also groomed, but a few random thin spots to watch out for. Some other secondary trails were ungroomed and good (Sweet William) or rocky (Upper Racer headwalls). Snow was a nice packed powder (seemed less heavy than the snow at Burke yesterday).

Lower Racer and I think Lynn's Left were closed.
