Comments CommentsTwo thumbs up! A perfect day of Spring skiing. Plentiful soft snow, sunshine, and warm temperatures.

All West Basin trails were open and in great shape. The snow got a bit sloppy towards the base area around noon. This area will close for the season on Sunday

All North Peak trails were open except for Upper Flume and the glades. Upper Walking Boss had a large ice patch towards the top on skiers right. Plenty of room to avoid it. The snow got a bit sloppy from Camp III to the lift loading area towards mid day. The trails were fine. The best spot was the last 1/3 of Lower Flume, the snow was super smooth and carveable.

All Loon Peak trails were open except for Big Dipper, Triple Trouble, and the glades. Angel Street and Cant Dog opened up today. It got a bit sloppy at the bottom of Rolling Bear passing by the East Basin lift. Everywhere else stayed nice. There is a large tent set up in front of the Seven Brothers lift for 80's day on Saturday. It's blocking access to the lift loading area, so I don't expect this lift to run until it is taken down. It's a popular lift for accessing the Loon Mountain Park
