Comments CommentsAbsolutely perfect spring conditions today. There was a thin coating of fresh spring snow on top of the older snow. This mountain has been 100% natural snow the entire winter!!!! It definitely rides WAY more interesting than manmade, that's for sure!!! Last time I was here, Forget-me-not was roped off. Not today! Yes - there is a bit of walking for snowboarders but the payoff is WAY worth it!!!! Other areas have flats at the bottom of their better runs-- here the flats are at the top before the drop in. There are some beautiful woods with the nice narrow trail running through them - with a couple reverse grades where I needed to unstrap. The couple steep sections are super-interesting with great natural features and drops - my favorite trail here. I did a few new-to-me trails this time as well. Creamy/dreamy conditions though I did have to keep up the speed on the flats.

Very friendly and inviting staff - a pleasure to interact with them. Some very good riders here today - they were fun to watch!!!!
