Comments | Pretty day at Smuggs today! Day started off with some really nice, soft cord on Madonna. I mostly skied Madonna all day since the snow was good, and there wasn't a line. The longest I waited for the Madonna chairlift was maybe 2-3 min, while Sterling had about a 10min wait all day. Chilcoot was in much better condition today, as it wasn't as windy today. Still the classic dust on crust most of the day, but in the afternoon Lower Liftline had a lot of pure ice patches. Weather was nice, some weird mix of clouds and sun, didnt feel as cold as yesterday, and was definitely not as windy. I loved my first times at Smuggs, and I hope to return one day when there is more open! |
