Snow Trail Conditions99% open; Powder, Packed Powder
Glades GladesSo much fun, a few trails are still roped off but for good reason. Some upper trails were showing rocks, otherwise just a bit of dirt and grass here and there.
Moguls MogulsNice soft bumps on Cabin Fever, Big Rock and Ragged Glades. Sides of most trails have nice soft bumps to play on.
Terrain Park Terrain Park(s)Wild Side/Ride has some decent whales that sneak up. As one skier remarked "Who the hell are they making these huge jumps for?!" The park is open top to bottom, and the features are HUGE. Banked curves starting to show up on Lower Chute.
Run of the Day Run of the DayMikey's Run
Food and Beverage Food and BeverageStonehearth pub had delicious maple buffalo pizza and Flying Goose's Rags to Riches on tap.
Comments CommentsWhat a day. We keep getting these 2-3" drops and we could be in for a great time. Recent snow falls helped to fill in natural trails and woods with nice soft snow. Textures weren't much different from the beginning of the week which was great. Anything "scratchy" was definitely edge-able. These are the conditions that make Ragged feel bigger than it looks.

Speare complex had plenty to offer. On the right side of Flying Yankee there is a break in the orange fencing that lets you into some soft bumps.

Ragged complex has plenty to offer for all skills. Ragged Glades was soft and fun. Moose Alley is well traveled, same with Sweepstake. Pel's was nice, nothing to hamper a comfortable skier. Birches has some surprising whales on the lower third, can catch a skier off guard if you are used to previous years grooming. Twister coming off the lift is a little rough in spots, take that "thin cover" sign seriously. Sunnyside was its usual sweet, soft self.

Backside was open, Easy Winder and Mikey's Run were groomed completely. Big Rock, and Cabin Fever were a blast. Nothing scratchy.

Overall quiet day, we could always get away from the "crowds" without working too hard. Hardly anyone in the woods, and few people on the backside. I think the only thing we didn't cover today was Cardigan in full, and Cemetery Gates.
