Glades | All the intermediate glades were open, and about half the advanced glades were open. Everglade, Staircase, Face, and Tuckerman were all still closed. |

Moguls | Didn't spot any moguls except some soft ones on skiers left of Ullrs. |

Comments | With two feet of snow since Sunday, Jay was in excellent shape. Conditions were excellent, except for a few icy patches in the usual spots (skiers right of Ullr's, top of Northway, Wedelmaster). Winds were gusty especially in the morning and the wind chill was around -12 for much of the day. However, the Flyer was able to open at 9:15 and the Tram finally opened up at 1:30. Bonaventure was closed due to maintenance. No lift lines and plenty of leftover powder if you knew where to look. Unfortunately, no further snow is in the forecast, so I'm hoping all this doesn't get skied off. |
