Food and Beverage Food and BeverageWe had lunch on the outdoor deck at Camp III. I brought a sandwich, and we split a salad purchased there. The salad was good. It was a really enjoyable lunch break! Nice view of the slopes from the deck!
Comments CommentsOnly the Gondola, North Peak Quad, and Seven Brothers triple are still running. Started out at opening bell for a couple of runs off the gondola. The snow had set up overnight so the trails that had late grooming were best. Bear Claw and Picked Rock were good. Went over to North Peak next. The full sunshine was starting to soften and butter up the snow nicely on the groomed trails. Lower Flume was not groomed, it took until late in the day to soften up. Met up with a friend that arrived later in the morning. We skied mostly on North Peak, and we had a great day! Walking Boss was the ROTD, we made many laps on it. Also took a few runs back down to the gondola through Rampasture and Blue Ox. The West Basin was closed but these trails were diverted back to the gondola through Lower Picked Rock. We skied until closing. It was a perfect Spring day!
