Comments CommentsDid the locals Sunday afternoon deal again. Busier than in December with fuller parking lots and some trail congestion, but things emptied out quickly around 2PM.

Pretty much the same groomed terrain as mid-December. Decent loose granular conditions throughout, even after the blowtorch and refreeze. Gondola was the only lift with a line.

Rosebrook Summit Express was open, but only High Ridge-Swoop-Cascade run was open, with guns blasting on High Ridge and Swoop.

From the gondola, Swoop or Outer Bounds were the only choices.

From the Bethlehem Quad, there was Sawyer's Swoop and Ben, plus Bretton Woods (ungroomed, guns blasting).

Snowmaking also in progress on Fabyan's Express (not open).

Crawford's Blaze and Range View were groomed off Zephyr and okay. Coos Caper was open, but rough (thin up top, then a little bit of powder on top of what appeared to be a glacier from manmade before the thaw).
