Comments CommentsArrived to ski at 2pm, felt like we had our own private ski area! A few others riding around, but never truly saw anyone while skiing. This visit was originally unplanned, but after redeeming our Indy passes at West Mountain only to find that half of it was closed we figured we ought to cut our losses at lunchtime. (West was holding a race on The Cure, and that took all the ski patrol the mountain had, leaving the Apex chair closed to the public) The snow at West was good though, especially the terrain park - buttery.

ANYWAY! There wasn’t a bad trail at Bosque for what was open. We got spring like conditions mid mountain and at the base, with still perfect packed powder up top. Corduroy pretty much everywhere still. Grand Slalom, Parker, Jewett, and Main Street were super fun and cruisey. The facilities here have had a great makeover, everything is very comfortable. Slopes felt a little naked, maybe one day they will plant some trees.

The summit lift and Drifter have cameras on them that take your picture as you go by, and at the end of your day you can go see them and decide if you want to keep them. Hadn’t seen that one before! Staff was great, a good way to end the day.
