Moguls MogulsWhile given the amount of snow they got that morning, one would expect significant bumps, the type of snow meant it compacted more than it bumped as the day went on, though most of everything was at least somewhat bumpy.
Terrain Park Terrain Park(s)Kind of weird that there's now a terrain park at Wildcat, set up near Snowcat, I didn't use it and didn't really take a look at it though.

Comments CommentsThey recorded 10" of new snow as of Saturday morning (Monday's report says 12" at base and 18" at summit), so definitely a legendary day especially given how the season has been. I was previously worried about road conditions, or the storm going well into the morning, but it turned into rain in the valley by then and the roads were generally clear. Daylight savings and a power outage at Intervale in the morning generally disrupted my routine, however. As for the snow itself, it was near perfect, quite dense and very skiable. Weather was generally cloudy with some sun at times, and practically no wind. In summary a day so good I am lucky I was able to make it there.
