Food and Beverage Food and BeverageI went in to pick up a quick lunch, but the dystopian food court deterred. The food side is traditional old-school, but the point of sale side is a weird cashless Entabeni setup. I ate a cash-acquired snack off-site after.
Comments CommentsSkiing exceeded expectations. $19.95 lift tickets for one top to bottom trail (Maple Slalom to Chute to Jackson Standard). Generally 1 to 2 cat-widths with no thin spots. Upper Maple Slalom was not groomed, but the bumps weren't too big. From the cabin down (Chute to Jackson Standard) was groomed and not too bumpy, even after a couple of hours.

The other two routes that were open earlier this month are long gone with only a few patches of snow visible. They plan to operate one day next weekend for $9.95. Some walking may be required, and I suspect they'll abandon the summit, but they may retain the pitch on Jackson Standard and the traverse to the base terminal of the double.

Only a few dozen skiers, which was appreciated with the limited terrain open. Only a few brief sprinkles of rain. Not bad for late April!
