Comments | 3 groomed ways down from the top, 2.5 ways down the main mountain, and 2 ways down from the T-Bar. Tramway, Upper Cannon, and Profile from the top, all of which were in good shape (but watch out for random thin spots and rocks). Profile looked to be getting scratchy later in the morning. Vista Way and David's Detour were good on natural. Taft also open on natural, but looked like a forced exit down Middle Hardscrabble. Middle Cannon to Rock Garden (thin to the right) to Toss Up, or Middle Ravine to Lower Ravine to Chute on the lower mountain, plus Spookie and a few brief natural segments. Perimeter trails of Tuckerbrook complex groomed. Taft Training Slope was amazing - wall to wall cover, and only 3-4 kids training on far skier's left. Dragons Drop also pretty good (managed to hit a rock though). Snowmaking in progress on Rocket, Gary's, and Time Zone, all of which had huge whales. |
