Comments | Pleasantly surprised with how much terrain was open for early season. Only upper mountain trails not open were Hot Shot (they briefly started making snow there yesterday) and Upper Ramrod. Generally loose granular conditions (some golf balls on Flintlock; very bottom is closed, so you have to go over to Trigger and back). Every trail in the Pistol complex is open. Terrain park slope is only half-width at this point, but guns are set up on the other side. A good portion of the Tiger complex is open, except Stonebar/Flintlock Extension/Tiger Steeps/Ricochet/Phelps. Never more than a few chair wait for the high speed quad, presumably because it's pre-Christmas and people were scared off by Friday's rain. |
