Comments | Very fun morning. Frozen rain made the roads getting there tough - there were several cars off the road within a mile of the entrance. Trails were very solid first thing. Racing on FIS. Tornado was very solid early. After a few loud runs on the solid stuff, I generally stuck to the blues. After an hour, the Vortex Chair crowds thinned and it was almost ski-on. Left around 10:15 when the crowds were getting a bit higher. |
