Comments | Unbelievably excellent time here. I was afraid the cold (well below freezing) temps would mean this place would be completely set up and frozen but it was not. Although semi-firm the first half hour, the sun hit the top inch or so and made the turns super. I would guess there were around 3-5 primary descent paths from main peak. I think I hit everything. Snowboarded from 9-noon. Lights Out was actually edgeable. Upper Hornet was really just a groomer width but pretty fun. Off the triple, Rachel's Run was about a groomer's width but also super-fun. Really fun morning with perfect conditions and no lines. |
