Comments Comments Good late morning of skiing! Still could find fresh snow right up until Noon, but down the middle got tracked up fast. Wet/dry powder mix and it did not rain. Though the summit was in a cloud for most of the morning. We skied all of Cascade Basin and the glade there was fun. We also took a little walk up to the Craney Hill Fire Tower since my friend had not been there before. We carried our skis up the five minute walk and it was a fun ski back down. FIS was amazing! The soft snow lying on top of a perfect groomed surface was fun to make perfect powder turns. The whole mountain was fun. Glad we got out.
