Comments | Cannon punished us today and we kept going for up for more. Opening bell until almost 2 we skied. Plenty of first tracks on snow that was more like glue. We liked avalanche best because it was probably the last trail to be groomed and grooming helped. Wind and ice and mist, cannonball summit chair was shut down at 1:15 due to the crazy wind. I am amazed that neither Danielle or myself double ejected today, the snow was so sticky and grabby. So we quit just before 2 and went I for a beer and wouldn't you know the sun came out hot and the wind died...just like a nice spring day. We had a good time and there's plenty of snow up there to groom. Tram no go and summit lodge closed. I don't think mittersill chair was running but the t bar was for a race on super slope. |
