Comments CommentsIt's dry, cold and windy in New England..... I guess it's time for winter! Here's to another great ski season.

Sugarloaf's lifts in service were the SuperQuad and Timberline. Upper, Middle and Lower Tote Road were the only couple trails open from top to bottom, with bits and pieces of Upper Kings Landing and Lower Timberline thrown in too. Lower Tote was scratchy most of the time, but Kings Landing was not too bad. Mountain ops had snowguns were blasting on lots of trails - Hayburner, Candy Side, and Peavy X-Cut to name a few. The beach also getting some fan treatment too. Upper Tote rode the best, and had some good snow on either side of the fall line.

Prior to leaving the mountain, I didn't anticipate skiing for very long. I arrived at 11:30, got a solid 12 runs in, and called it a day at 2:45. So wonderful being back at Sugarloaf, and can't wait for more trail openings. It's great out there folks!
