Comments | New trails/lift Timbertown not open, but look like they will be good for the weekend. We parked at South Peak, light crowd as they say plenty of room to park close to the lodge and lots of room in the lodge with cubbies. Skiing this morning was like skiing two different days. The first hour was firm groomed frozen granular that just warmed up by the hour until it was soft spring snow. We had nice sun but it was cloudy to the north. No lift lines (we never went on the gondola). I really like the new 7 brothers lift, zoom zoom. Plenty of good snow and it was a fun morning. The terrain parks are massive, fun to ski down the half pipe like a Boomer, we weren't in anyone's way because no one else was in the terrain park. Well wild three snowboarders went down ahead of us and they were fun to watch. |
