Comments Comments Lifts to the summit opening was delayed half and hour and opened at 9. Valley opened on time at 8:30 so we started our day there. On Valley Slope park dudes were raking their jumps for the rails. Snow on valley super groomed, very nice loose granular. We got a run on lower twister before race training started and in Downdraft. We took a ride on the big carpet lift and enjoyed watching beginners. We then crossed over to ride th Vortex chair since we noticed it was open. Nice to have first tracks down duster. The trails from the summit were groomed but there were a few light small golf balls on Duster and cyclone. East wind, well that was golf ball city it apparently didn't get one more till. Breeze and crosscut were super groomed. All lifts running ,ski right on the lift mostly but more people showing up as morning went on. They will super groomed tonight, snow making will continue. Word is FIS will be groomed out for tomorrow! We had a great morning, sunny and no wind. We enjoyed the snow conditions other than East wind. Will be better tomorrow too.
