Moguls | Crosscut ungroomed with steep sharp moguls. Too bad snowboarders scraped the bumps. Rocks and timber to dance around between some bumps. Warmed me up skiing it. |

Food and Beverage | Pemi lodge was pretty empty, easy to find a seat. I went home for lunch |

Comments | I went to South Peak and maybe 20 cars in the lot at 10;15am. Easy to find a seat inside the lodge.it took me a little more than an hour to ski all six trails. Wind whipped up the mountain sometimes. Sunny and good views to Mt. Washington but Moosilauke in clouds and Cannon too. It was below zero, I wore double face cover and my down puffy under my ski jacket. I stayed warm enough. Glad I went out snow conditions were fabulous and I had the trails to myself. Congratulations to Breezy for winning the Downhill! |
