Comments | Another nice session at Wachusett last night, with packed powder over hardpack conditions similar to last week, maybe slightly better even. Very good surface for carving on. Still a bit of ice on the pitches of the steeper upper mountain runs, but avoidable if you stuck to the sides. Lines were no longer than a few chairs. The weather started out as clear and calm, but the wind picked up and a snow shower passed through. Temperatures were in the mid-20s. Good night to be skiing. |
