Comments Comments Kris offered me one of her buddy passes so I paid $60. Met friends at North Peak Chair before lift opened. Construction of slush pond was underway and lynx wasn't groomed. Sunapee did the best they could for grooming, yesterday it was 60 and this morning is was 28 degrees with not much sun. Ridge was laughable it was near glare ice. Bonanza to chipmunk was about the last groomed so it was nicer and more like loose granular that got skied off quickly. Kind of surprised how dirty the snow was on lower Blast Off. SunBowl had the best quality snow. I don't think Sunapee made a lot of extra snow for skinners to enjoy after the mountain closes . Guess that is good business. Pretty day, love the mountain views, ice still covering the Lake. We did our best to find lines of good groom. Never a lift line and plenty of close parking. Good fun.
